Colorado State Hillel is a proud part of Hillel of Colorado – which also includes the University of Denver Hillel – serving students with traditional programming such as Shabbat dinners, holiday celebrations, social justice initiatives, and religious and social programs; leadership programs to train the Jewish leaders of tomorrow; and Israel programs including Birthright Israel travel opportunities and Israel education, dialogue, and advocacy.

Sustainable Hillel
CSU Hillel was the first student-led organization to be certified sustainable by Hazon, the Jewish lab for sustainability, as we pride ourselves on being an ecological leader with our recycling, composting and energy efficient efforts, and our educational programs and activities.
CSU Hillel also prides itself on being a part of the Interfaith Communities of Fort Collins and Northern Colorado: we co-sponsor and cook an annual Kosher Interfaith Friendsgiving dinner with the CSU Multifaith Partners; participate in Better Together Days by hosting students from other faiths; and welcome all students at our weekly Shabbat dinners.

Upcoming Events
Our core student-led staff-supported programming is built on traditional Jewish practices such as Kabbalat Shabbat, Friday evening dinner, holiday celebrations, Jewish learning, social justice initiatives, and religious and social programs.

The health and safety of our community is always our top priority – and never more so than during these days of Covid19.

“My favorite thing about Hillel is having such a good community to get together with weekly, and having that home on campus.”
